Overall a great watch to own & great customer service by Watch Empire Team!
Size wise it wears great on the wrist, it feels a little bit smaller than it’s suggested diameter of 44.5mm. With a slim profile of 12mm thickness it also wears comfortably without the watch feeling top heavy and also slides into shirt cuffs with no issue.
Other added value is how the bezel lines up perfectly to the markers, the rubber strap that comes with the watch feels soft and comfortable to wear. The rubber strap does feel like Citizen made this strap specifically for this watch as it has an integrated sort of look whereas other brand’s look more like a standard straight end straps.
Now for the customer service of Watch Empires, they replied in WhatsApp promptly when I had trouble navigating through their website, they were eager to help. Also, once the order was concluded Watch Empire’s Team despatched the parcel in the same day! I was impressed how the order was confirmed at 3pm and received the watch by next day 3pm as well.
