Buying watches can sometimes be enjoyable or not at all. This very much depends on whether the person attending is knowledgeable about watches or simply a salesman. Mr Lit was courteous, polite and professional. No undue pressure to purchase and willing to patiently humour the customer. No haughtiness nor ridicule normally associated with high end boutique watch shops.
